Shipping Policy

We use Evri for all deliveries within the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Times

Orders are usually dispatched within one to two working days. During busy periods dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Times

Evri delivery usually takes two to four working days once your parcel has been collected. Delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your item has been dispatched so you can follow the journey of your parcel.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Evri to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery details carefully. We cannot replace or refund items that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged, or if Evri confirms the parcel is lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
