Orders and Payments
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Prices are clearly displayed and may change without notice.
Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal services.
Returns and Refunds
You may return any item within 28 days of receiving it.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
All return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct return address.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
